Joining the HRCA

To join the HRCA, you will need to send a completed membership form to the membership secretary, enclosing the appropriate membership fee. This page contains all the details you require including a link to download the current membership form.

Subscription Fees:

The subscription year begins on the 1st May and all subscriptions are renewable by this date. The subscription amount is agreed upon at the Annual General meeting, taking place in February. If you join after May, you will have to pay the full subscription for the current year, but will receive all the journals published up to the date of joining including a copy of the current Spares and Repair Services Directory.

Family Membership - additional payment of 2.00 per year, entitling other members of the household or immediate family relations to HRCA services but not additional copies of the Journal.

Note: The above rates are for the first year. Subsequent years: £3.00 discount allowed for prompt renewal.

Please make all cheques or orders payable to the Hornby Railway Collectors Association and quote your membership number in all subsequent correspondence. Would overseas members kindly pay in British Currency (a cheque, if used, must be drawn on a British Bank).

Credit Cards are only accepted as a service to foreign applicants. HRCA credit card payments must be supplied with the card security number as well as the card number. British applications should be accompanied by payment with a cheque or Postal Order.

Note: unfortunately we are unable to accept AMEX or Euro-cheques.
Note: subscriptions for the period of the new membership year commencing 1st. May 2010 cannot be accepted until after the Annual General Meeting in February 2010.
